Design Football Manager Type Game

I am building a website like www.soccermanager.com. Or you can also refer to the hugely popular Football Manager game. Other examples are Hattrick and TopEleven. I am looking for programmers/mathematician/statistician who can code logic for me- Football (European) game play algorithms. People interested in football will have an advantage, I believe. Basically, what you have to do is design how the players will play in a football match. For example, a player with passing 14/20 will pass the ball successfully 7 times out of 10. Same ways, one with 15/20 anticipation attribute can intercept the ball as per his attributes. These must be random probabilities based on player's attributes and confidence that depends on a player's form and general happiness. There are about 15-20 attributes that defines a player's in-game performance. The logic has to be designed for every position on the field, both with the ball and off the ball. These things will differ under different situations. Like when a team is losing, they will attack more and etc. I will tell you the various attributes on which the logic has to be designed once I finalize the person. You can take for the reference, how EA Sport's FIFA game work. In that game, the players have predefined ratings and those ratings decide how good and bad they play. The algorithms in my game will very similar to the FIFA game. So, that may be a good starting point for you. Please remember 2 things before you apply for this. 1. Your proposal should not be a copy and paste from your portfolio. Please specifically mention that you understand the game and the concept and how you intend to proceed. A small sample (not in code terms but plain text) will certainly be very helpful. 2. I intend to get it done as quickly as possible. So, its a request that only serious freelancers apply for this.
