# VR Application for English Communication Training (Meta Quest 3) ## Project Overview I am looking for a Unity VR developer to create a simple and expandable VR application for Meta Quest 3. The goal of the application is to help users practice spoken English and social interaction in realistic international environments. The application will be used in instructor-led communication training courses. The VR environment provides immersion and social presence, while the instructor guides the conversation in real life. This is an educational project, not a game. ## First Environment: International Student Residence Kitchen The first environment should simulate a shared student residence kitchen. The participant starts seated at a round table. Three to five international students (NPCs) are already seated around the table. The NPCs should occasionally look at the participant, smile, and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The purpose is to help users feel comfortable joining conversations, introducing themselves, and interacting in English in an international setting. ## Requirements * Meta Quest 3 compatible * Oculus SDK * Shared student residence kitchen environment * 3–5 international student NPCs * Friendly social atmosphere * Realistic ambient sounds * Participant starts seated at the table * No walking or locomotion required * Participant can naturally look around using the VR headset * No AI required * No speech recognition required * No conversational NPCs required * No multiplayer required ## Training Method The conversation is guided by a human instructor outside the VR environment. The NPCs are intended to create social presence and immersion only. The application does not need automated dialogue or language assessment. ## Future Expansion The application should be designed with a modular architecture so that additional environments can be added in the future without rebuilding the application from scratch.
