Urdu subtitles not displaying correctly

I need an Urdu speaker with knowledge of Adobe Premiere to correct the subtitles in a short video.
The video is for a cancer charity in the UK, to help Urdu speakers understand the cancer screening and prevention.
I have been told Cervical screening subtitles are OK - see file. Bowel screening however is wrong and cannot be read correctly. I have made both of these but I dont read Urdu and cannot work out why Bowel screening video is wrong.
I need the Urdu to be displayed correctly.
