Hi, I need to develop a program where it will capture the data from my employees and will save it on a database( Saved on SharePoint or One Drive) Users can Add,Vies,Edit or delete the data. There will be 4 types of form with different questionare ( 4Questionare attatched) Also attached the snapshot is tool I have developed in [login to view URL] same in [login to view URL] There needs to be a basic login form just to capture which emoyee is making entries. After login it will display option to select the type of Questionare and then get data from my user and save it into database. With an option to view,Edit,Delete the data too..
