Write a Function in VB

This task requires good background in vb.net and Amazon marketing API. Create a function to search Amazon for Books (print, not ebooks). Function would search Amazon for Offers that match criteria and return all matching Offers. Functions parameters would be a list of ISBN, Maximum Price, Minimum Condition , Minimum Seller Rating. Function should return: All Offers that meet the criteria, with these data elements: ISBN OfferID Seller Seller Rating Condition Title Description Author Binding Price Shipping Should be able to search for 10 books at once (with the other parameters all being the same (price, condition, seller rating).
