Two to three concepts up front makes sense here, especially with a mood-board to guide direction, so we're not guessing at "playful." I'd sketch one character-driven option and one shape-based icon route to give real contrast in the first round. Vector files across every format you listed are standard, no issue there. Concepts land within 24-48h, revisions are built in. Any characters, animals, or objects already in mind for the mood-board, or is that fully open?
