Vectorworks Residential Design Assistance

I am currently developing a residential project in Vectorworks and want to keep the entire workflow inside the software. I have the overall concept and dimensions ready but need an experienced Vectorworks user to take it further. Your main focus will be twofold: • Build a clean, well-organized 3D model that reflects the latest design changes, making sure classes, layers, and naming conventions remain tidy for easy revisions. • Produce accurate floor plans, sections, and elevations directly from that model, formatted to my existing title blocks so I can submit for permitting. I will supply the base sketches, site information, and any manufacturer DWGs I already have. You set up the file, model the structure, generate the drawings, and return a VWX file plus PDFs of the sheets. If you are comfortable adding renderings later, let me know—the priority, however, is the modeling and drafting. Familiarity with residential construction details and Vectorworks’ Wall, Roof, and Window tools is essential.
