NFC/QR Product Activation Dashboard Development

I need a developer to complete and clean up a custom TAPro QR/NFC Dynamic URL Activation Dashboard using my own GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and domains. This is not a generic website project. This is a production platform for NFC/QR products already sold by my business. The system must allow me to generate thousands of unique URLs, print/program them into NFC/QR products, ship them to business owners, let those business owners activate the product, and then redirect all future customer taps/scans to the correct Google review URL. System saves business name, Google Place ID, review URL, owner ID, and marks product active. All future scans/taps instantly redirect with HTTP 302 to the saved Google review URL. Every scan is logged and visible in dashboard. Admin dashboard requirements: Bulk URL generation: 1,000+ codes at a time. CSV export. Batch management. Search by code. Search by batch. Search by customer. Search by business name. View active/inactive products. Deactivate/block product. Reset product. Reassign product to another owner. Destination URL override. View audit logs. All important admin changes must be logged with user, action, timestamp, old value, and new value. Business owner dashboard requirements: Simple mobile-first dashboard. Show all assigned products. Product activation status. Connected Google Business name. Destination URL read-only. Total scans. Daily scans. Weekly scans. Monthly scans. Last activity. Multiple product management. AI review response assistant: owner pastes a customer review, clicks generate response, system calls OpenAI through secure backend, shows suggested reply, owner can copy/edit manually. No auto-posting to Google in Phase 1. Redirect engine requirements: Must be server-side, not JavaScript redirect. Must use HTTP 302. Must be fast and reliable. Must accept [login to view URL]{code}. If code does not exist: show clean invalid code page. If code is inactive: redirect to [login to view URL]{code}. If code is active: log scan and instantly redirect to saved Google review URL. Scan log should include timestamp, code, status, destination, user agent, IP, country if available, and device type. If already logged in, activation page should open directly. Google Places search must be handled securely through backend API, not exposed frontend key. Manual Google review URL fallback is required. Final milestone: AI review response assistant, UI polish, mobile optimization, final testing, documentation, production deployment, GitHub/Supabase/Vercel handover, and final acceptance. Warranty: I require a 30-day bug warranty after final delivery. Any bug directly related to Phase 1 features must be fixed at no additional cost. New features or scope changes are separate.
