We are an 8-figure ecommerce brand that sells products for kids in more than 15 countries. We launched the brand at the beginning of 2022 and scaled it from 0 to multiple 7 figures in our first year and did 8 figures in sales in 2023. Our goal is to become a 9-figure brand within the next couple of years and innovate our industry by introducing custom and unique products that will help our customers' lives.

And THAT’S where you come in.

We are looking for a Douyin Media Buyer / Ad Manager to join our team.

We need someone to take responsibility for:

Managing all our Douyin ads;

Build our presence in Douyin from 0;

Create profitable campaigns for our products;

Manage ad content with CEO, Operations Manager & our video editors.

In addition, you MUST have the following skills / experience:

Fluent / Native in English

Fluent / Native in Chinese

1 year experience running ads on Douyin for an ecommerce brand

Large time availability to monitor ads and correct them

Be available to work on weekends

Interested in a long term job position

Possess great problem solving skills

Fast learning and adaptability


Compensation will be mainly performance based. This means you will be paid based on the performance of the ads you will run. You will be paid a percentage of the ad spend, anywhere from 1% to 3%, depending on the ads performance. Based on that, you can expect the ballpark to be anywhere from 2.000€ per month to +10.000€ per month.
