Video Annotation Expert – Cinematographer

Role Description: This is a remote, short-term contract role for a Video Annotation Expert – Cinematographer. Responsibilities: Create technically accurate cinematographic prompts for AI models using knowledge of lens aperture, focal length, lighting environments, and shot composition Review and edit AI-generated outputs using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Blender, or Vegas Pro Label and categorize video content with precision and adherence to project guidelines Apply industry-standard terminology across all prompting and editing workflows Maintain strict quality standards, targeting <10% defect rate Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on quality and delivery expectations Participate in a short evaluation call if shortlisted for final selection Qualifications: Native English speaker (US, UK, or Canada only — mandatory) Formal education or professional background in Cinematography, Film Production, or related fields Strong understanding of cinematographic concepts: lenses, aperture, lighting, focal length, color temperature, and scene composition Hands-on experience with professional video editing software (Premiere, Blender, Vegas Pro, etc.) Proven ability to follow structured annotation guidelines with accuracy and consistency Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet weekly targets Prior experience in video labeling, film editing, or AI/ML data projects is an advantage drop ur cv.
