Video Editor - Viral Social videos based on Visualization

Hello,
I'm looking for a video editor that can create videos based on inspiring texts.
The goal is to make the videos appealing and unique.
The style will be black background and white lines/text/icones.
It's called "visualization": explain concepts & stories by creation appealing videos.

We will provide the sentences and text - you'll structure them in a video and add icones and motion to make it as appealing as the videos above.
Some tasks you will do as part of our team:
- Setup a graphic chart that you'll follow on all videos
- Create the video for 2 social medial: Tiktok and Instagram Reels
- Generate between 3-4 videos/week

- A “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size

Pay
- $500 per month for full time work (40 hours/week) - this will depend on your skills and other people that apply for the job.
- I am looking for a full-time employee. Will do a test at the beginning.
Perks
- You can work whenever you want as long as you have 1 hour of overlap with Europe CET business hours (09:00 - 19:30 ) Monday - Friday.
- If you work extra hours (more than 40) you will get paid over time.
- Flexible vacation. If you need time off just let me know in advance!
- Opportunity to receive advances and bonuses. If you do a good job I will give you raises and bonuses.
