Everything happens in one location and the participants will be seated side-by-side, so no additional setups or moves are required. You’re free to use the mic solution you prefer—lapel, boom, or any reliable alternative—as long as voices are clean and balanced. Lighting in the room is good, but feel free to bring a small key-light kit if that’s part of your normal workflow.
