Video Sales Letter

I’m looking for a video editor who can turn a voiceover into an animated video with some text / photos and also video. Basically I need a good looking Video Sales Letter.

My video length is about 25-30 minutes of runtime in total.
Let me know if you can animate the text as well / or IF you can only do “fixed text slides” + adding some Videos and Photos to the whole production.
