# Hiring: Creative Instagram Reel Creator for Aarnoor We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Instagram Reel Creator to produce engaging content for our women ethnic wear brand, Aarnoor. Your main goal will be to create high-performing Instagram reels that increase audience engagement, reach, saves, shares, and conversions. ## What You’ll Create The reel content should include: * Product demonstrations * Behind-the-scenes footage * Outfit styling videos * Trending Instagram edits * Aesthetic fashion transitions * Packaging & order dispatch clips * Customer-focused engaging content * Viral/relatable fashion concepts ## Target Audience Women aged 18–40 interested in: * Ethnic wear * Daily wear suits * Festive outfits * Premium cotton suit sets * Fashion & lifestyle content ## What We’re Looking For ### Required Skills * Strong experience in Instagram reel editing & production * Understanding of current Instagram trends, hooks, transitions & viral audio * Creative storytelling mindset * Knowledge of Instagram engagement strategies * Ability to create premium, aesthetic and feminine content * Experience with apps like CapCut, Edits, VN, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro * Ability to analyze reel performance and improve content based on insights ## Preferred Experience * Experience working with fashion, clothing, or lifestyle brands * Knowledge of Indian Instagram fashion audience * Understanding of organic growth strategies * Ability to shoot and edit mobile-first vertical content ## Deliverables * 3–5 reels per week * High-quality vertical videos (9:16) * Trend research and content ideas * Fast turnaround time ## To Apply Please share: 1.
