IRL Livestream Camera Operator Needed

I need a skilled camera operator who is comfortable handling a real-time IRL livestream that will move between indoor and outdoor spots. The total broadcast window will run somewhere between one and three hours, so stamina and quick adaptability are essential. Here’s what the job entails: • Arrive with (or comfortably work with) a stabilized rig—gimbal, backpack encoder, or comparable setup—to keep footage smooth as we transition from venue interiors to exterior street shots. • Manage the full livestream workflow: framing, focus pulls, audio checks, lighting tweaks on the fly, and pushing the stream via RTMP/OBS (or a similar platform) to my channel. • Monitor bitrate, dropped frames, and battery life in real time while also staying alert to impromptu moments I may call out. • Deliver a clean, uninterrupted recording of the entire session immediately after we wrap. Acceptance criteria: Stream must remain live throughout with low dropped frames, audio in sync, and a 1080p final recording handed over on the day.
