Videographers for Football Coaching Conference

We have a contract to film a football coaching conference in La Vista, NE and would like to have someone local fill in for us.
The conference is on February 21 -22, 2020 at the La Vista Conference Center (right outside of Omaha).
The event schedule:
Day 1: Friday, Feb 21st - 4:00pm - 8:15pm
All filming would be in one room. We'd prefer it if 3 cameras were used. 1 wide cam, 1 slide projector cam, and one close cam. You will also need capabilities to hook into the event center's sound. If not, you'll need to be able to bring your own wireless mics.
Day 2: Saturday Feb 22nd - 8:00am - 4:00pm
There will be two rooms on this day. We'd prefer that there are two 4k cameras in each room. 1 Cam following the speaker and the other cam on the slides. There will not be house audio in both rooms for the second day so you will have to be able to mic up each room with wireless mics of your own.
