For a smooth 90-minute run on Tuesday, September 19 (11:00 AM – 12:30 PM PT), here is how I’d lock down the production: • Zoom Setup: I recommend using Zoom Webinar over Meeting. It gives us dedicated Q&A staging, backchannel host chat, and strict control over spotlighting so off-camera panelists don’t randomly pop up on the LinkedIn stream. • Poll Execution: We’ll pre-configure the poll in Zoom, but launch it at a dedicated transition point so it doesn't interrupt the multi-speaker layout or panel audio. • Chat Moderation: I’ll monitor both the Zoom Q&A feed and the incoming LinkedIn Live chat in real-time, feeding high-value questions directly to your presenter teleprompter/private host chat. I am fully available for both the pre-event tech rehearsal the week prior and the live broadcast window on the 19th.
