Short video with effects in Adobe premiere or Adobe After Effects

Hi, my projects is to create cocktail advert (about 60 secs) )in adobe after effects or adobe premiere. I'm providing storyboard, which contains 13 scenes/shots (4 of them is just text with effects). Storyboard (each scene)describes lighting and zooming required. I also provide footage (videos which In took). A few short videos need to be put together and be edited as I described in storyboard. Finally these small videos will present a cocktail advert.
