High Quality Powerpoint-Inspired Video (do not HAVE to use powerpoint)

Hi, I am looking for an amazing video for my site. I would like it to be kind of like powerpoint in that there are different "slides", but far more exciting/professional than a normal slide presentation.

I'm looking for something of this quality or better. It does not have to be created with powerpoint, though. I actually have a rough powerpoint presentation I made using an old version of powerpoint that has around 40 slides. The slideshow I made has images, text, etc....and while I don't necessarily need to have it exactly the same as I made it, I think the overall idea is there.
I'm looking for someone with superb video an creativity skills that can create a professional video using my powerpoint presentation as a guide.
I don't want to complain, but I lost my job 2 months, so I don't have very much money. I am trying to start a business, and if successful, this could lead to many more projects in the future. With that being said, I have maybe a little more than $100 for this project is all.
