Promotion Video in UAE

I work for an education software company expanding into new markets. The project is to create a promotional video. The video will take a full day of filming, from interviewing the teachers, students and action shots of the software being used. The project would include shooting, editing etc. Happy to provide examples of work within the UK to replicate.
There will be two separate projects. One for the UAE and one for China. Any recommendations appreciated.
