Screensaver and movie

We have designed a screensaver currently with 15 still frames. We need the file joining together with smooth transitions and producing as a SCREEN SAVER file - compatable for all PC computers.
We also have an extended file with 26 frames that needs converting into a movie to be provided on a DVD to be played on a plasma screen.
Please confirm your costs, how long you would need to do the work, what software you would use and what file formats would be supplied.

The Software I will be using is Format Factory to convert the files into .swf (which works with windows and mac for easy compatibility) and WG Screen Saver Creator to string the files together. We are a full servic Daha Fazla
