Video needed to describe cosmetic quality of used iPhones that we sell

Our business, We Sell Cellular, sells used iPhones and Samsung devices online to retailers and wholesalers. We buy these devices from major carriers and retailers, test them, and cosmetically grade them (A, B, C, D grade). The cosmetic grading is very difficult to describe in words. Saying that a phone is in "Excellent condition", Or has "Light Wear" does not get the job done. We want to take a very high definition, HD video where we have a salesman walk through each grade, and where we can zoom in to different parts of the phone to be very clear about what each grade means. I have attached a screenshot of the page where we currently describe our grading criteria to our customers. As you can see, the page is minimally descriptive. A video would go a long way to illustrate these grades to customers that have never purchased from us before.
