The video works; we need the uplink fast, low-latency and rock-solid, on the move and internationally. Scope: 5G upstream optimization: minimize latency, eliminate dropouts; SRT transport tuning (latency, pkt_size, overhead, buffering) from the network side; congestion handling. Phone/device setup for a dedicated streaming unit: APN, band selection/locking, carrier aggregation, network priority, keeping the link pinned to cellular while hosting the camera hotspot, killing background traffic and OEM battery management. Stability & redundancy: assess and (if justified) implement multi-SIM / bonding / failover (Speedify, Peplink/SpeedFusion, LiveU-style) so one carrier/tower hiccup doesn't drop the stream. Worldwide connectivity: source and compare global data SIM / eSIM providers for sustained live-video upload across countries — real throughput/latency, coverage, cost, and fair-use/throttling caps. Deliver a ranked recommendation. Must have (references): proven IRL / live broadcast over cellular (not LAN); bonding / multi-SIM (Speedify, Peplink, LiveU…); mobile network engineering (bands, CA, APN, roaming).
