The space has stage lighting and a dance floor, so you’ll need a camera setup that handles low-light shots without losing color or clarity—think full-frame or a modern mirrorless body with fast lenses, plus on-camera or off-camera lighting as you see fit. What I’d like back from you: • Clean, steady raw footage of the entire event window • A short highlight reel (around three minutes) edited with tasteful transitions and royalty-free background music • Basic color correction and audio leveling so the final video is ready to share internally You can bring any rig you prefer—gimbal, external mics, wireless lavs—so long as the final files are delivered in 1080p or 4K H.264.
