We are a music school looking for a customer service representative from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday-Friday. This person will need to be extremely friendly and well-spoken on the phone and willing to make decisions on the fly to assist our customers.
There will be some scheduling required and the use of our software, for which we will provide training.
The service representative will need to learn the basics of how we run our music school, such as policies on appointment-setting and cancelling, payments, hours of operation, local landmarks, etc.
This could be an ongoing project. We can re-evaluate after a month or so to be sure it's a workable situation for the company and the representative.
