Job Description:

We are a dynamic business group comprising a marketing agency, food and beverage services, a seasonal catwalk show, and a cleaning business. As the founder, I am seeking a reliable and versatile virtual assistant to support the efficient operation of these businesses and manage various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate financial records for each business.

Track expenses, invoices, and financial transactions.

Prepare regular financial reports.

Task Execution:

Execute tasks promptly and efficiently based on instructions provided.

Ensure timely completion of assignments to meet deadlines.

Proactively handle routine operational tasks.

Business Management:

Assist in coordinating and managing the daily operations of the marketing agency, food and beverage services, catwalk show, and cleaning business.

Streamline communication and collaboration between the businesses.

Graphic Design (Bonus):

If you have experience in graphic design, assist in creating visually appealing content for marketing materials, social media, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial management.

Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with the operations of marketing agencies, food services, events, and cleaning businesses.

Graphic design skills (bonus).
