Our company is looking for a virtual assistant with retail knowledge to complete clerical projects that are anticipated to require around 15-20 hours per week. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, independent and can work with a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, organized and a good multi-tasker. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
The work will include the following tasks:
* Prepare and fact-check invoices before sending them to customers
* Assists with duties on an as-needed basis
* Expense reporting and organization of expenses as necessary.
