I'm in need of a bilingual individual who can handle apartment rental inquiries over the phone. This position offers 20 hours a week with potential for growth in both hourly pay and weekly hours. Key Responsibilities: - Answering phone calls regarding apartment rental inquiries - Scheduling viewings via phone calls - Managing inquiries and following up with potential renters Ideal Candidate: - Fluent in both English and Spanish - Experienced in the apartment rental process - Excellent customer service skills - Previous experience in real estate and/or call center is a plus - Comfortable making phone calls to schedule viewings Skills & Experience Needed: - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Customer Service Experience - Real Estate Knowledge - Call Center Experience - Excellent Communication Skills - Phone Etiquette Candidates with entry-level experience are welcome.
