Job Description:
1) please see the attached PDF form in the ZIP package. This is the original file.
2) Now see the [url removed, login to view] which filled form data.
3) your job is to create:
- the same form as a OpenDocument Format (ODT / LibreOffice) (note LibreOffice is open Source and free of costs)
- the form has to be only edited once in the orange/red area and the other form fields shall be automatically be filled by the entered values
- test also a export of the ODT form into a PDF form (standard feature of LibreOffice)
