Client is operating an ecommerce website
Support portal is using Fresh Desk.
Number of tickets / day = ~ 5-10 tickets
Type: Sales enquiries, post sales support.
Looking for admin who is familiar with managing customer support.
- Reply promptly and correctly to tickets
- Do simple data processing (saving of excel file)
- Uploading of knowledgebase
This is more exploratory.
