I am seeking a highly organized, responsive, and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to provide immediate support in managing my daily business operations. The ideal candidate is a "finisher" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a mix of administrative, managerial, and documentation tasks with minimal supervision. This is a One-time Project with the potential for ongoing work based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Immediate Email Management: Monitor, filter, and categorize incoming emails daily to reach "Inbox Zero." Draft and send professional responses to clients and stakeholders. Flag urgent items that require my personal attention and handle routine inquiries independently. Project Management: Set up and maintain project boards (using tools like Trello, Asana, Notion, or ClickUp). Track deadlines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule. Coordinate with other team members or freelancers to follow up on tasks. Document Preparation: Create, format, and edit professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. Draft contracts, proposals, meeting minutes, and reports. Organize digital files and ensure documentation is properly filed in Google Drive/Dropbox. General Virtual Assistance: Calendar management: scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Conducting internet research and compiling data summaries. Ad-hoc administrative tasks to free up my time. Required Skills & Tools: Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills are non-negotiable.
