I have 8 years customer service experience while doing administrative tasks, I am former assistant restaurant manager for 2 years in the fast food chain and client service associate in the bank for 6 years.
I attend/ resolve customer’s queries and complaints through personal interactions, over phones, email and social media, managing several number of accounts of clients with different transaction needs (e.g. Deposits, withdrawals, open accounts etc. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
I am proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Mail, Wordpress Management, Google Calendar, and Social Media like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
