Duties and Responsibilities:

— Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.

— Interact with potential candidates on professional networks

— Maintaining a smooth on boarding process

— Creating clear and concise reports

— Carrying out necessary administrative duties

— Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Requirements and Qualifications:

— Proven work experience as an HR Manager or Technical Recruiter

— Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques

— Excellent communication skills

— Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. - Recruiting and interviewing skills

- Phone, Zoom, and online meeting platform skills

- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills

Your Responsibilities

●Coordinate and conduct interviews

●Video interview the candidates that you think are a fit for the role

●Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.

●Ensure all procured profiles are added to the resume database on Company ATS

●Screen applications and conduct the first round of interviews

● Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

- Recruiting and phone screening skills

- Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills

- Supports workplace diversity

- Familiarity with relevant employment Law

- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills

- Responsibilities include (not limited to) overall generating leads and sourcing resumes to the HR On boarding team through job boards and other lead generation portals.

- This will require the VA and/or HR Assistants to be proficient at using and navigating the computer and internet daily.
