My name is Jeanelou R. Samorin, I've been working as an Administrative Assistant / Human Resource Assistant in one of the leading resort in Zamboanga del Norte. Managing people, excellent customer service and marketing are skills l have been groomed for and mastered with my vast experience in these fields.
Multi-tasking has been my daily routine. As an HR Assistant, l have always been the forefront in dealing with customer concerns as well as the employees concerns of the company.
Apart from my daily admin task, part of my job includes motivating people, payroll (preparing salaries), work force forecasting and hiring of people.
I've been also a Customer Service Representative in Collective Solution International. My main function is to assist customer with their chief complaints about mobile issues over the phone. Give resolutions and render good customer service. l also assist them if they wanted to apply for government phone in their state.
I've been working also as a Customer Service Assistant for SM Hypermarket. I supervised cashiers, baggers and l am the forefront for customer complaints.
I handle reports and innovate ideas to make the store more profitable. I do decision making whenever needed in the absence of our front-end manager.
I also worked as an Administration Officer in Robinsons Retail Inc. (S&R Cebu-Based). In line of this l mastered the art of selling, encoding of POS terminal, daily physical inventories of stocks and daily sales as well as rendering good customer service.

I graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing in a reputable university and worked as an emergency room nurse.
