I'm looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help streamline my daily activities. The role primarily involves managing my Outlook email, my personal expenses through QuickBooks, and my calendar. Key Responsibilities: - Filter and manage my Outlook email efficiently, responding to priority emails to enhance customer experience. - Manage my personal expenses using QuickBooks. - Oversee and arrange my calendar, which includes scheduling meetings and setting reminders. - Book and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficient in Outlook and QuickBooks. - Excellent communication skills to handle customer-related emails. - Strong organizational skills to manage my calendar and expenses. - Previous experience in a virtual assistant role is highly preferred.
