Phpld directory population and Article addition

I have a phpld finance directory. This job is for someone who is trustworthy and with an eye for detail and is used to doing mundane work. [url removed, login to view] I need someone to do both of the following: 1) You log into the site and click on a tool that will add new sites into the directory. Your job is to choose good resource sites for the directory and to populate the directory. 2) My version of PHPLD has the ability to add 100 articles to my personal finance directory. Your job is to copy and add 100 finance articles from other article directories online and group them in 10 categories (which you can create inside the directory admin ). YOU can start by taking articles from my article directory at [url removed, login to view] (ensuring there is an active backlink to my site). So once both (1) and (2) are done, the project will be considered complete. This should be quite a simple copy and paste job if you know how PHPLD Works. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
