Job Overview: Pay starts at $600 Per Month. When you apply, the first sentence of your application should be "I understand that pay starts at $600 per month." If your submission does not include this it will be deleted. Details matter. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The VA will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to our database of clients and prospects, handling both cold calls and warm calls. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and overcoming objections. They must possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound phone calls to generate leads and schedule appointments. Handle both cold and warm calls with professionalism. Overcome objections and communicate services' value proposition effectively. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Track daily call activity and report results. Notify the agent promptly of interested leads. Implement follow-up plans. Provide end-of-day email summaries. Collaborate with the agent to meet business goals. Qualifications / Skills Required: Excellent US English reading, writing, and speaking skills Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and lead generation, preferably in real estate Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations Reliable computer/laptop, internet, and power connection Quiet location for uninterrupted daily calls Strong desire for self-improvement Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with real estate industry is a plus Willingness to learn and contribute to business growth Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills Software Proficiency: Experience working with CRMs and their functionality. Functionalities including, but not limited to email communication, outbound calling, note taking in lead profiles, task creation for following up. Basic Google/Gsuite programs including: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets. Additional Qualifications (recommended): Experience working in the real estate industry / with a real estate agent Additional Information: Working Hours: This is a full-time position 40 working hours per week. The candidate will be expected to adhere to a consistent schedule and be available during regular business hours to support the real estate agent and perform the required duties. Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate the real estate agent's schedule and client needs. Location: This is a remote position, allowing the candidate to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Tools: The candidate should have access to necessary software and tools for telemarketing. Training: We are looking for someone who is already proficient in outbound prospecting. Training will be available for the CRM/software needed to fulfill the position requirements.
