Shopify and Customer Service Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
I'm looking for an all round Virtual Assistant to join me to help with my e-commerce Shopify store (with minimum 1 year experience).
This will be a long term role with daily work to complete.
Job tasks include:
-Reply to customer emails (regarding things like refunds, tracking numbers, FAQs)
-Fulfilling orders on Shopify website (through Oberlo/Aliexpress/CJ)
-Handling customer complaints, disputes and chargebacks.
-Comment moderation on social media ads (replying to comments on Facebook and Instagram ads)
-Other admin tasks
Qualifications needed:
- Fluent in English (Speak fluent English both written and verbally)
- Experience with customer service (Reamaze would be good but not essential)
- Experience using Shopify
- Experience with Oberlo/Aliexpress/Dropified/CJ is desirable
- Experience with product listing, writing product descriptions, product research, using facebook ads manager is a bonus (not essential)
- Pay attention to details and able to work fast
- Must be a quick learner and able to work on your own and in a team
- Available for over 20 hours a week (starting with 2 hours per day, then up to 4+ hours per day)
