I will train you if you have the skills to write in good Spanish as well as English. you will have to follow clients and take files from contract to closing. you will have to make call to my clients and set appointments these are warm calls they are expecting the call and easy to talk to.
You should also be bilingual in case I need to have you do things in English as well. I really need someone who is 100% responsible with absolutely no excuses and when they say they're going to do something, they do it when they say they're going to do it. I will teach you to list property in the MLS system escrow coordination. and database drip campaigns. Must be great at social media or willing to learn. Must be able to write in general Spanish that will work in both Central America as well as South America and Mexico. this will be a permanent job from par time to full time.
Let's start with a first project which should take no more than 20 hours to do. Give me a bid for the 40 hours total. organizing and updating my data base.
