Job Type: Part-time/On Call.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Provide general in-person support to the employer, that means making several errands in Hong Kong, like calling and visiting businesses.
-Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
-Coordinate international and national travel.
-Plan, coordinate and execute varying types of internal and external meetings.
Requirements:
-The applicant needs to be female.
-The applicant needs to live in Hong Kong.
-Needs to be a freelancer and comfortable with schedule free positions.
-The applicant needs to be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
-Previous experience is preferred. -Knowledge of Google Suite is preferred.
-Ability to adapt to new tools.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and management skills.
-The applicant would charge by the hour, and would never incur in workload higher than 20h per week.
Final notes:
-This is a part-time position, (no more than 20 hours per week).
-Most of the work is schedule-free but on occasion, the applicant would need to be ready at certain times and dates to complete the tasks provided.
-Payment frequency can be negotiable and totally discussed with the employer as you would be working at your own pace most of the time.
-This isn't a "work at home" position, the biggest part of the job is to help with errands in person.
IMPORTANT: We are looking for someone comfortable with "on-demand" and flexible schedules, that means you have a set of tasks and you can work on them whenever you want, except for a few cases where institutions schedules should be considered, example:
-A Hong Kong office working at a set schedule that you are asked to visit or maybe visiting a business at a certain day every week.
