• Management of calendar and scheduling requirements across multiple geographical time zones.
• Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected and act in a way as a “gatekeeper’’ and ‘’gateway’’
• Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items.
• Arranging air/hotel/ground transportation while creating detailed travel itineraries.
• Managing travel & expenses, event planning, meeting agenda management, and invoice and financial processing
• Occasionally Reading, researching, collecting and analysing information
• Partially manage vendors; facilities and administrative processes.
