This position's primary focus is to support our founder's role to help her stay organized and on task as she creates new content (both free and paid) to support her customers and potential customers.
This is a virtual, work-from-home position, and isn't always a 9-5 job. This position involves working additional hours on evenings and weekends, especially during a launch promotion. And at times, responding to customer enquiries outside of work hours. You will be working closely with the Founder and the Business Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Our Virtual Assistant will be responsible for ongoing support for our business, but not limited to:
Assist with graphic design for weekly social media content
Prepare PowerPoint slides and nutrition educational material
Source images for social media channels and blog
Oversee customer support and during the program launch
Write thank-you notes and collect service feedback from the customers
If you have experience in the following areas, it's a PLUS!
You have experience in using with Canva (a must-have skill)
You have experience in using Google Suite (mail, docs, excel, drive, calendar, form)
You have experience in managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Youtube) and Webinars (Zoom)
You have experience with any health, fitness, food and nutrition business before
Skills & Abilities:
Can handle tight deadlines and get things done
Works well with other members of the team
Takes ownership and pride in their work
Adapts well to changes on-the-go
Happy doing high-level projects and mundane administrative tasks (there will be a mix of both!)
Strong ability to solve problems
Outstanding customer support skills
Available for at least minimum 5 hours a week
Fluent in English and proficient writing
