We are looking for an organized individual to work in our Barrington corporate office. Ideal individual has some experience with general office work. Must be able to work independently on routine tasks, but be able to work with multiple people on day to day operations and projects.
Job Duties include:
Answer main phone and route calls, including calls to remote locations
Greet guests and clients
Update company calendars
Light office project work
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organization skills
Comfortable with a fast paced environment
