We are a Digital Marketing and Business Development Company who is looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to assist us on day to day tasks and projects. We have busy schedules and want to employ someone who is dedicated and hungry to make a difference in our business. You MUST be passionate about Sales, Digital Marketing and Administrative Management.
Full Time Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for the following:
- Video Screen Recording websites daily (Professional Editing)
- Salesperson: Search for new clients daily
- Responsible for all admin related tasks
- Email prospective clients
- Setting up social media accounts and managing it
- Great at Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, YouTube Ads etc.
- Expert at Click Funnels
- Fast Problem solving
- A good copywriter
- Gathering market intelligence
- Daily update of full day’s work
- Set-up appointments or video meetings for me
- Remind me about meetings or tasks
- Ad-hoc related queries
- MUST be FLUENT in ENGLISH (NON-NEGOTIABLE) – Required to speak on the phone on certain occasions
- Time Zones is very important. You must be available during South African working hours. Clients will communicate during this time
- Very strong I.T skills
- Creating Adsense accounts
- Graphic design skills: Video Editing etc.
- Make videos for YouTube channel
- Daily and or weekly video calls with me to discuss feedback and results
- Zoom and Skype experience
The perfect candidate will be skilled in Sales (Bringing in new clients), Marketing (creating content and ad strategies) and Admin management (Organizing ad-hoc tasks and queries).
