Must have eCommerce experience.
Order processing/email/tracking and light bookkeeping tasks.
Needs to be accurate and fast at data entry/inventory entry, excel, product listings and loads in in excel to various marketplaces. SEO a plus.
Customer service, email prep and processing, phone and chat questions.
Lead generation in LinkedIn and message follow up.
Outbound email to customers and lists.
Manage leads and list in pipedrive and mail software.
Email communication and meeting and calendar management for owner.
*Experience in social media posts, email marketing and wpaffiliatepro a plus - otherwise willing to learn.
To start will be 10-20 hours a week and grow from there to grow to full time.
