I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can take day-to-day employee management off my plate. Right now everything is handled manually, so I need someone comfortable building a simple but organised system from the ground up and then keeping it updated. Day-to-day you’ll gather and maintain basic staff information, log attendance, keep an eye on performance milestones and flag anything that needs my attention. Because I’m not yet using dedicated HR software, part of the role will be to recommend a lightweight, budget-friendly solution—or, if you prefer, design a clean spreadsheet workflow in Google Workspace or Excel that we can expand later. Deliverables • A fully functional tracking system (spreadsheet or recommended tool) covering attendance, performance notes and recruitment pipeline • Clear, written SOPs so any future assistant can follow the same process • Weekly summary report highlighting concerns, wins and upcoming actions Once the core system is in place, I’m happy to extend hours for routine updates and additional HR admin.
