We are looking to hire a home based Virtual Assistant (in Manilla) who has access to own pc/laptop and high speed broadband.
As a Virtual Assistant you will be responsible for:
* All general PA duties; including diary management, international travel arrangements, booking accommodation, visa applications and expenses claims
* Booking meeting rooms internally and at external venues
* Acting as a point of contact for clients
* Completing weekly timesheets
* Proof reading and formatting reports, presentations and proposals
* Handling invoicing, including chasing payments for overdue invoices.
The successful Virtual Assistant must demonstrate skills in the following areas;
* Previous PA or Office Management experience
* Degree educated.
* Previous invoicing experience
* Confident to liaise with clients over the phone and face to face
* Confident to chase clients for overdue payments
* Good knowledge of all Microsoft Packages and confident with document production.
