Need a good looking, young female virtual assistant to assist with my busy schedule, tasks, basically my every need. Need help managing my calendar and email, generating customer invoices, compiling weekly reports, and data entry. Other various tasks as they come up as well.

Hi! I must say, i best suit the description you are looking for. I've worked for about 4 years in a call center, managing customer's concern in a very timely manner from the smallest details such as adding notes on customer's accounts, sending follow ups, coordinating with different vendors from different states and completing orders as well as documenting finances/invoices up to doing specialized projects like completing weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual order reports. I've also been assigned with numbers of special projects like training newly hire ordering teams and handling urgent and complicated customer concerns. I am reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and have very flexible working hours.
