Requested : * perfect knowledge of the graphic workflow and western advertising trends * outlining skills are essential. * ability to fast and organized work with layers, compound path, clipping masks and pathfinder effects. * knowledge of fonts (recognition and integration in proposals. * clean trapping over Illustrator or Artpro. * ability to deliver official invoices with proof of legal work. Not requested but advantage for : * Mac users (about fonts). * Fireworks for gif animation. * members of web design team with strong php skills (Symfony framework) we’ll save a lot of time for our other needs. * connection over Skype/iChat in english or french, living at proximity of an international airport is a plus. Thanks for your application. ## Deliverables **Full Summary** We produce high quality promotional items. Graphic designs can be separated in 2 levels : * - level A (rough and proposals) : we provide to the designer the original document of the client in .ai or .eps format but also unfortunately in lesser quality which have to be outlined and a short brief of what is expected by the client. We also supply Illustrator templates with layers and masks adapted for each product. Deliverables are clean (1 to 4 colors) artworks for future production. They are submitted in 2 to 4 proposals for a submission to the client. * - level B (execution and production) : when the opportunity is closed and the artwork is accepted, the chosen design has to be achieved for computer to film (CtF) workflow with color separations, crops etc… Templates are also provided by our service for very simple job but quality control has to be at the highest level. Ratio of A level artworks transformed in B could be estimated at 20/30 % or more. Standard overall deadline for 1 job is 48 hours from brief and docs providing to final proposals after revisions (more at the launching of the cooperation), sometimes rush is requested depending of the designer's availability but can be declined. **About Payments** : Works are transmitted as and when the market asks, payment is made when 10 jobs are completed. Often fast but always less than one month for each set for each designer. **Reference** : please, note that jobs realized for our company can not be used as reference or shown to clients or published on website or portfolios.
