I need an application (Choose your favorite technology) that runs on Windows Vista. It should take an Excel or CSV file as input and generate an Excel File as output.
The input Excel or CSV file will contain 3 columns. I will provide the business logic to extract or generate 15 to 20 different strings from the 3 columns. This will be the 4th column.
The output should contain 2 worksheets. The output will contain a total 4 columns (3 original from the input file and the generated 4th column). The difference between the two worksheets is how the 4th column is displayed.
An NDA will need to be signed. I will own the source code and all rights to the app.
I need to get this done within 2-3 business days. A solid programmer can get this done within a few hours. The app should be thoroughly tested prior to delivery. I shouldn't have any problems using it.
